“I benefited from visiting NU’s National Laboratory of Astana by learning about new innovations in energy storage. I accessed data at the NU library which I did not have access to at my institution. Together with NU post-doctoral researchers and an NU faculty member, we produced an outline, collected data and identified a target journal and time frames for two papers. I also discussed about collaborative research grants with two NU schools. One grant proposes the establishment of an international interdisciplinary research centre at NU in collaboration with NUS and other institutions.”
